Curry Republik Väla Centrum Helsingborg

As the wife of Hassan drives Wok Kitchen, I have been on the whole "journey" with the construction of all the restaurants.

Now I want to create a new concept of Indian food I decided to call for Curry Republic. The concept reflects much of my background and upbringing in India.

As you probably know, no curry own spice but a blend of many different spices and a variant of Garam Masala. The variations of curry are as many as there are flavors - endless. Some twenty spices tend to occur more frequently than others.

Turmeric is found in all these mixtures, and it is what gives curry its distinctive yellow-orange color. Here in Sweden, "curry" to designate a large amount ranging Asian cuisine. Common to the dishes called curry is that they are usually heavily spiced, and they usually are såsbaserade.

For all of you who have never been to India, I want to give you my picture and my tastes of the country. Maybe you even as you tempted to go there one day, who knows. Before that, I hope to see you at Curry Republik.- We promise you a powerful experience!
